Dustin Pague is shooting his shot and throwing his hat in the ring for BKFC’s $25,000,000 Baddest Man Tournament.
This will undoubtedly be the biggest tournament in combat sports history. Pague has never been one to back down from a challenge — and the price is certainly right.
“I definitely want in on that bad boy,” the ambitious Carlisle, PA product says with a smile. “They can go ahead and sign me up right now.”
For now, however, Pague is focused strictly on Friday, when he’ll battle Ryan Petersen (2-0) in the Main Event of BKFC’s return to Philadelphia’s iconic 2300 Arena, LIVE worldwide on The BKFC App.
“I’m really excited to be back at 2300 Arena, it’s an honor to be in the Main Event again, and I’m just ready to put on a show for the Philly fans,” Pague says.
“This should be a good one.”
A victory on Friday will be Pague’s fifth in the Squared Circle. Pague hopes a big win puts him next in line for a shot at the currently vacant BKFC World Welterweight Championship.
“I don’t think I get the credit that I deserve for what I’ve done in this division, but I like that,” he says. “That’s part of what fuels me, and I’m ready to prove any doubters wrong.”
