SARAH SHELL

Sarah ‘TNT’ Shell fights out of Chandler AZ but has ties to Omaha where we usually see her toe the line. She debuted against Audra Cummings whom she knocked out in round two. Shell holds a solid level of MMA experience having faced the likes of Tecia Torres and fights with a kickboxing heavy style.

Shell doesn't fight for money whatsoever. She is a successful Integrative Primary Care Physician married to a police officer and they have three kids together. Fighting has been a passion of the Doctor since she was in college and it's a good reason for her to keep herself in great shape year-round. 

She is going to be extremely physical in the Squared Circle and she does have an imposing physique. She’s competed in National Physique Committee competitions which is the premier organization for amateur physique competitions.

Sara Shell uses her platform and list of accomplishments to encourage and motivate her followers on social media. Expect a mentally strong fighter with great technique, power and speed. She is also quite tall for the women’s flyweight division and uses her reach well as you would expect a kickboxer to.
