DIAZ
2-1-1

David Diaz is a Mexican-American self-proclaimed brawler who fights in the BKFC. He made his professional debut back at BKFC 16 and defeated Spencer Ruggeri via majority decision.

Diaz, being from South Central LA  is very brash and he leans into this attribute as it made him the tough fighter and man that he is today. He travels back and forth from LA to Sayulita, Mexico so he is very much embracing the fight culture that runs deep in Mexico. Despite being a brawler and heavy puncher, he would benefit by tightening up his punches and landing cleaner. He has never scored a finish in the Squared Circle but has never been finished either.

Diaz has suffered many setbacks but has focussed more on his passion for fighting and has grown as a person because of it. Every time you see Diaz toe the line, you will see the best version of him. Diaz keeps a great sense of humor about his tribulations and relates to his audience better than most by leaning into his Mexican heritage and being real. His nickname 'El Perro Necio' translates to 'The Foolish Dog' which according to his closest friends, is a fitting name.
