Lorenzo “The Juggernaut” Hunt is a busy man.

Dad time, charity work in the community, teaching advanced striking techniques to high-level fighters and setting up shop in Puerto Rico take up a lot of time. 

But the No. 1 priority, of course, is preparing for his title fight this weekend. 

On Saturday, Hunt (8-1, seven knockouts) battles hometown favorite Quentin “The Hero” Henry (5-1, four knockouts) for the vacant BKFC World Cruiserweight Championship in the Main Event of BKFC 30 in Monroe, LA, LIVE on the BKFC app. 

Hunt has a full plate, but he’s definitely not complaining.

“This is the life of a champ, and I love it,” Hunt said. “I’m busier than I’ve ever been, and that’s the way I like it.” 

Hunt, already the BKFC World Light-Heavyweight Champion, says it’s good to be champ – and he’s eager to add another belt to his collection this weekend.

Standing in his way, of course, is Henry. 

Hunt respects anyone who steps into the Squared Circle with him, but “The Juggernaut” seems more confident than ever heading into Saturday’s showdown in Henry’s backyard.

“He fizzles. He gets really nervous because he has performance anxiety. I’m as comfortable in the BKFC Squared Circle as I am in my own house, and you just don’t see that from Quentin. He looks very panicked, very erratic. Whenever he hurts someone, even, it’s basically an accident. 

“Quentin has to get lucky against me. He’s working hard, he’s pushing himself and doing everything in his ability, but it’s not going to mean anything on fight night.” 

What’s the most likely outcome?

“What Quentin can most hope for is a great performance that might look good on camera, but it’s not going to be enough,” Hunt said.

“That is my belt already.”
