BKFC-78 is headlined by a classic heavyweight showdown between #2 Ranked and Undefeated Cuban Powerhouse, Leonardo Perdomo, (7-0) of Miami, FL and Former Two-Time World Champion and #3 Ranked Arnold ‘Bomaye’ Adams, (7-3), of Chicago, IL.

Co-headlining at BKFC-78 and fighting for the BKFC Interim Flyweight World Title in a can’t miss clash, #3 Ranked Gee ‘The Cutman’ Perez, (5-1), of Plant City, FL battles Undefeated and #1 Ranked Andrew ‘The Legend’ Strode, (3-0), of Denver, CO.
The popular Perez, a top cornerman and savior to numerous bare-knuckle fighters enduring cuts, has won two fights in a row over Cary Caprio (BKFC on DAZN 3) and Albert Inclan (BKFC-52). Victories for the hard-punching veteran have also come against Phillip Ryan Carroll (BKFC-45), Joshua Richey (BKFC-38) and Rob Fuller (BKFC-34). Strode stamped his name at the top of the division with exciting wins over Tyler Randall (BKFC on DAZN 4), Chance Wilson (BKFC-67) and Cary Caprio (BKFC-50).
Battling in the Feature Fight at BKFC-78, South Florida’s Fan Favorite, Former World Title Challenger and #1 Ranked Lightweight Bryan ‘El Gallo’ Duran, (7-1) faces West Coast bare-knuckle warrior Robbie Peralta, (4-2).
Following a hard-fought world title challenge against champion Kai Stewart at BKFC-62, the all-action Duran returned to the win column with a first-round knockout of Kasim Ruffin on December 21, 2024. A native of Escondido, CA, Peralta looks to extend his winning ways following a dominant victory over JorDan Christensen on January 18, 2025.
Undefeated and #1 Ranked Bantamweight Justin ‘JoyBoy’ Ibarrola-Sanchez, (7-0), of Boca Raton, FL faces upset minded, battle-tested Robert Armas, (4-4), of Charleston, SC. The quick striking Ibarrola-Sanchez has won four of his last five fights by show-stopping knockout in the first two rounds. Cruiserweight warrior Stephen ‘Tomahawk’ Townsell, (4-4), of Fort Pierce, FL looks to stay in the win column against combat proven veteran Keith Richardson, (2-1), of Lancaster, FL. #5 Ranked Townsell knocked out South African bare-knuckle standout Jeremy Smith at BKFC-66.
Former BKFC Interim Middleweight Champion Francesco Ricchi, (6-2), of Fort Lauderdale, FL clashes with Great Falls, MT veteran Dallas Davison, (3-3) in the light heavyweight division.
Undefeated cruiserweight Julio ‘The Cuban Horse’ Perez Rodriguez, (3-0), of Miami, FL seeks to stay undefeated against Esteban ‘Mohawk’ Rodriguez (3-1), of Grand Rapids, MI.
Exciting middleweight ‘Brutal’ Jake Bostwick, (3-2-1), of Coconut Grove, FL by way of the United Kingdom, makes his long-awaited return against Miami, FL native Leonel Carrera, (2-1). Bostwick competed in one of the promotion’s most memorable wars at BKFC-14, defeating Tyler Vogel by decision in a fight that was extended to a rare sixth-round finish.
Rounding out the main card in the bantamweight division, Matt ‘Rambo’ Russo, (2-1), of Lauderhill, FL battles Justyn Martinez, (2-4), of Maize, KS.

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is the first promotion allowed to hold a legal, sanctioned, and regulated bare knuckle event in the United States since 1889.
