Shelby Cannon was 3-1 in bare-knuckle fighting before entering the BKFC in her debut against Kat Paprocki in Salt Lake City. *She got a bare-knuckle title shot against Agnesa Kirakosian and that is her only loss to date. In her wins, Cannon looks dominant having every win by unanimous decision and she’s never been put out without gloves.

Before her current run in bare-knuckle, the Anderson, Indiana product had a 4-6 career in MMA. Across both sports, she doesn’t show any timidness despite not having extensive experience. She took on an experienced boxer and came out confident and aggressive allowing her to get the win despite being looked at as the underdog.

Her training has allowed her to adapt quickly to the new sport and her fight IQ is one of her assets. Blending different techniques based on what her opponent is lacking is something that you will see from Cannon.
