Sahel Bayat is an Iranian kickboxer with a Muay Thai style and a total record of 12-3 upon her BKFC debut. She represented Iran in Kickboxing and in Muay Thai at the national level at one point and looks to continue her success in a fresh sport. 

Bayat had an active career dating back to her amateur days with 50 wins. She will look to use her dynamic striking and speed to tactfully counter when her opponent moves forward but she can also deal out the pressure. With her most lethal weapon, her kicks, not being allowed in the Squared Circle, expect some measuring and calculation before the Cambodian resident pours it on. 

Bayat now studies Kun Khmer which is a Cambodian combat sport also known as “free boxing.” They utilize the clinch often in the sport so Bayat will adjust quickly to the BKFC ruleset and look to make her fight gritty. With a fan-friendly style, BKFC has a new Iranian that’s looking to climb to the top of the women’s featherweight division.
