MEHDI BARGHI

Mehdi Barghi is an Iranian wrestler and MMA fighter holding a 5-4-0 record upon toeing the line for the first time in the BKFC. He made his BKFC debut at BKFC 58 in Bulgaria and is relatively new to the professional fight scene having begun his formal career in 2017. Barghi is a former Iranian national wrestling champion and spent a couple of fight in ONE Fighting Championship. Again, before he entered the BKFC, all of his wins have come by finish split right down the middle with T/KOs and submissions (one bout is not on his formal record having come from the Iran regional scene)

Barghi is very popular in his country and boasts a nice social media following sharing training sessions, fight night photos and scenic traveling images. The 38-year-old is a large presence in any ring or cage he steps into and will no doubt have a bullying style when he throws his hands in the Squared Circle.
