Luis Rey Gallegos is a Mexican mixed martial artist holding a 9-8 record upon his BKFC debut. His accomplishments throughout his MMA career gave him the opportunity to headline a big Mexico Fight Night card against Rodolfo Rubio, another high level fighter from the country.

Corazón De León (Heart of a lion or Lion Heart) as he’s known has been known to fight technically and patiently but he remains dangerous from bell to bell. He will spend some time reading his opponents and throw solid one-twos from either stance.

We have mostly seen Rey Gallegos fight in Lux Fight League, one of Latin America’s very best regional promotions and located in Mexico City. He will have more than sufficient cardio and that chin along with the heart that Mexican fighters have become known for! Gallegos leans into his faith and credits God for everything that he has accomplished. He also is a devout martial artist acknowledging that his journey in the game has been more about growth than results however, his results are very respectable.

Gallegos is a father to a young son who he already has training BJJ and competing in tournaments.
