Lex Ludlow’s passion for combat sports began with an obsession for professional wrestling. Growing up, he spent countless hours watching wrestling documentaries and idolizing legends like The Rock, Eddie Guerrero, and later started appriciating "Macho Man" Randy Savage. He started scholastic wrestling at just five years old through Pennsylvania’s youth wrestling program, building a foundation that carried him through more than a decade on the mat. He actually thought that he was going to be hitting other kids with chairs in his wrestling program but realized that he was signing up for a different kind of wrestling.

Inspired by Chael Sonnen to pursue real competition, Ludlow transitioned to MMA at 18. Today, he's a devoted husband and father of four—three daughters and a son—and treasures every moment he can spend with his family, whether it's taking walks, visiting the Playground, or enjoying movie nights.

Ludlow built his career on a wrestling and grappling foundation before making the move to BKFC, where he truly began developing his striking game. Constantly working to evolve as a fighter, he embraces the unpredictable nature of bare-knuckle competition and believes chaos is part of the sport. Influenced by the greatness of Georges St-Pierre and guided by the philosophy, "You can have anything in this world that you want—you just have to know how to ask for it," Ludlow approaches every fight with confidence, determination, and the mindset to expect the unexpected.
