Born in Boa Vista, Brazil, Josenaldo Silva is a hard hitting 175’er with a mixed martial arts record of 29-8. A majority of those wins have come by T/KO, 17 to be exact, so fighting in the BKFC seems like something he will find success in. He’s won three belts in three different promotions and will look to make good in his BKFC debut against fellow MMA veteran, Jordan Smith.
Some notable promotions that Silva has competed in are Bellator, the PFL, World Series of Fighting and Jungle Fight. His distance striking is impressive but being a shorter middleweight, he will need to crash the pocket and work from the clinch as well. His counter striking can also be one of his best assets against his taller opponents and the over hands for these smaller guys is always dangerous.
