Jon Telfer made his BKFC debut at BKFC 81 on September 27, 2025. He got a high profile stage to break onto the scene and had a tall task ahead of him in Bart Krol who came off of his first BKFC loss before their fight. After a round three knockout, Telfer made a statement that he can come in and upset more experienced fighters in the Squared Circle.
Before the BKFC, Telfer had a single bare-knuckle fight and six Muay Thai bouts. He believed that his power would win him his debut, and while he was correct in scoring a knockout in every round, his volume seemed to be what got the job done. With a young career in bare-knuckle, there is a lot of opportunity for Telfer to climb the ranks in the UK and perform on an even bigger stage within the BKFC.
