GZIM SELMANI

Best known as Rezar from his time in the WWE, Gzim ‘The Albanian Psycho’ Selmani had carved a path for himself in the fight world before ever stepping on professional wrestling’s biggest stage. Beginning in 2012, Selmani racked up a 4-2 record before deciding to go a different route. He and Akam as the Authors of Pain won multiple tag team championships early in his pro wrestling career and he made a return in 2023 after a hiatus starting in 2020.

In Selmani’s MMA career predating his first stint in the WWE, He faced a solid level of competition early on including the UFC’s Ante Delija. With a focus on his submission game, none of Selmani’s MMA fights went the distance, win or lose.
