Ernesto Suarez began fighting amateur MMA in 2019 and rattled off three wins against two losses over four years. He has been in active since 2023, but fighting in his prime right now we should expect the best version of the Cuban when he toes the line for the first time at BKFC 85.
With wins coming from all three major methods in MMA, Suarez is a well-rounded fighter with a gas tank that can allow him to go the distance should he need to. His short amateur career is interesting to track with two first round finishes to start it off, two second round losses that followed and then a decision win in his most recent fight in 2023.
Ernesto Suarez faces fellow BKFC debutant, Angelo Colon at BKFC 85 on December 5. The two open up the card and we will learn a lot more about both fighters kicking off one of the biggest BKFC cards of the year.
