Darren Till has been called one of the biggest signings in BKFC history up to the year 2026. With an entire country of England behind him and a household name in British MMA, Till has faced some massive names throughout his career. Dricus Du Plessis, Robert Whittaker, Kelvin Gastelum, Stephen Thompson and many others are on the resume of the high level striker. He briefly crossed over to boxing after his high profile MMA career where he has seen further success having knocked out Luke Rockhold in his most recent appearance leading up to his BKFC debut in 2026.

Growing up in Liverpool, Till fought from a young age on the street and took up Muay Thai at age 12. He later dropped out of school to focus on fighting at age 14. Trouble seemed to follow him where he went as he was stabbed twice after an altercation with a group of men at a party. Doctors said he was very lucky to survive the attack with the knife missing a major artery by a millimeter and he relocated to Brazil to learn more about grappling. While he planned to stay there for six months, Till spent years in South America and welcomed a daughter into the world with his girlfriend.

Till returned to England to continue to pursue his fighting career and making sacrifices which left his daughter and girlfriend behind. He has since then built a family with three additional daughters and continues to fight in different sports. He’s competed in Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, MMA and now he removes the gloves and toes the line for the first time against Aaron Chalmers at BKFC 90. He knows that he can get to the top of the light heavyweight division in a short time, so keep an eye on ‘The Gorilla’ as he looks to climb the ranks and wreak havoc in the BKFC.
