Brooke Evans started amateur boxing in 2013. She had one fight and a long layoff of 10 years before turning pro in 2023. Fighting out of Edgewood, Kentucky Evans has gone 2-1-1 as a pro and looks to take off the gloves and toe the line against Marisol Ruelas in her second fight at BKFC Fight Night Hammond.

Evans has big power for a female flyweight. She scored a round one knockout over a first time boxer and despite the experience of her opponent being minimal, it’s still good to see the power. The rest of her fights going the distance let you know that she can keep up a pace if needed and keep fights close. Another plus on the side of Evans is she has never been knocked out so the question is, can she take bare knuckle shots or is her head movement going to prevent her from having to fully answer that for us?
