Alexandra Ballou fights out of Connecticut and started fighting in 2017. As an amateur in MMA, she went 3-0 and won herself a title in Cage Wars. As a professional mixed martial artist, Ballou sat at 2-2 upon her BKFC debut at BKFC Fight Night Mohegan Sun in March of 2026.
Ballou spends all of her free time with her wife and the two focus on hobbies and mental health outside of their careers.
