ROBERT ARMAS

Robert Armas has been grinding in the BKFC, fighting a solid level of competition and accepting fights with anyone put across from him. Despite having and up and down career in the Squared Circle, Armas has been improving fight over fight and beats lower level competition while struggling at times against the bantamweight & featherweight divisions’ best talent.

He had a breakthrough performance against Eric Dodson where the two went all five rounds and he defeated his opponent by unanimous decision. For the most part, Armas fights from the outside and jumps into the pocket swing with power. You won’t see a lot of straight punches because ‘El Gallo Negro’ looks for the knockout with every swing. This tends to make his fights go short but as mentioned, we know he can perform throughout ten minutes and push through even when he’s gassing.

Armas has faced the likes of Louie Lopez, Eric Dodson, Dylan Shulte and current bantamweight champion, Albert Blas.
