“The Loco Show” is ready for primetime.

In the Main Event of BKFC 42 on Friday, Tony “Loco” Soto improved to 5-0 under the BKFC banner with a unanimous decision victory over former BKFC title challenger Tyler “El Tornado” Goodjohn in Greenville, SC.

If Soto has his way, his next fight will be against James “Lights Out” Lilley (7-0-1) for the BKFC World Lightweight Championship.

Luis “Baboon” Palomino (8-0) is still the BKFC champ at 155 pounds, but he also holds the strap at 165 pounds. It’s unclear which belt Palomino will defend next, so Soto wants to keep his momentum – and the stacked BKFC lightweight division – moving forward.

Soto has a simple prediction for a showdown with Lilley, the No. 1 contender at 155 pounds.

“I’m going to (expletive) him up.”

Soto, 35, doesn’t see himself competing for too much longer, so it’s prime time for the Hickory, NC fighter to solidify his status as one of the best lightweights to ever drop their gloves for BKFC.

“I’ll get the belt, defend the belt, then I’ll retire,” Soto says while shopping for groceries for his family. “I’m here for a good time, not a long time.”
