JoMi Escoboza is known as “The BKFC Hitman,” but a better nickname might be “The BKFC Realtor.”
The top-ranked BKFC light-heavyweight balances fighting with a career in real estate that spans across Florida. Escoboza trains for his fights between showings with his real estate clients, and brokering deals for residential and commercial properties throughout the Sunshine State.
“I think the two careers really compliment each other,” Escoboza says.
It’s tough to argue with the results.
At BKFC 57 on Friday at the sold-out Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, Escoboza upped his bare knuckle fighting record to 9-1 with a third-round KO over Isaac Doolittle, who entered fight night as the No. 3 contender in the BKFC light-heavyweight division.
Escoboza is his own toughest critic, whether it be for delivering the perfect property to his clients or delivering a memorable fight to the fans, so he isn’t satisfied with his performance at BKFC 57. But he does believe he did enough to earn another shot at Jared “Captain Deadpool” Warren.
Escoboza and Warren first met in July of 2022, with Warren earning the unanimous decision win. Both fighters are undefeated since they battled in the Squared Circle, so Escoboza says a rematch makes sense.
The outcome, he says, will be a different story.
“I see one-sided destruction being delivered by me.”
