It’s a super-sized, worldwide Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship Fight Week – BKFC 53 on Friday night in Orlando, FL and BKFC Thailand 5 on Saturday morning in Pattaya – all LIVE on The BKFC App.

In the BKFC 53 Main Event, David “The Redneck” Mundell (7-1) defends his BKFC World Middleweight Championship for the second time against undefeated challenger Doug “ColdRed” Coltrane (3-0, 2 KOs) on Friday as a part of the 2023 Olympia Weekend at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

Mundell is the owner of one of the most impressive winning streaks going in the BKFC world – he’s won five straight and finished his last three opponents, including former BKFC champ Francesco Ricchi to win the belt at BKFC 34 and Mike Richman in his first title defense at BKFC 47. The unbeaten Coltrane is hunting for his third straight stoppage victory in what is inarguably the biggest opportunity of his blossoming career. Coltrane is clear eyed and ready to shock the world.

Friday’s Co-Main Event is a must-see welterweight showdown between Turkey’s Murat "Lord Pitbull" Kazgan and American fan-favorite Julian Lane. Kazgan tries to smash his way to 2-0 in the Squared Circle with a second straight, first-round finish. Friday’s Feature Fight sees Sawyer “Diesel” Depee, the No. 5 contender in the BKFC cruiserweight division, take on Jonathan “Big Baby” Miller. Depee is 3-2, with all of his wins coming in the first round. Miller is off to a blazing start in his BKFC career after back-to-back stoppage victories in his first two trips to the Squared Circle.

The No. 2 contender in the BKFC flyweight division, Chancey “Superfly” Wilson (3-2, 1 KO) goes for his second straight win against the debuting Dagoberto Aguero, a Dominican Republic boxing sensation with a pro gloved boxing record of 15-2 (10 KOs). Fans are equally excited for the return of fast-rising women's bantamweight contender Crystal "Rugged Beauty" Pittman (2-3, 1 KO), heavy-handed light-heavyweight Ravon "Big Shot" Baxter (1-1) and the hotly anticipated Squared Circle debut of Diego Romo, who becomes the first Ecuadorian fighter to compete in the Squared Circle.

Combat sports fans around the world have their alarms set for early Saturday morning to watch BKFC Thailand 5, LIVE on The BKFC App from Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall.

Saturday's Main Event features two of the greatest kickboxers of all time, Buakaw and Saenchai, in a first-of-its-kind special rules bare knuckle Thai fight.

Widely regarded as the Michael Jordan of Muay Thai kickboxing, Buakaw is a two-time K-1 World Kickboxing Champion with an eye-popping professional record of 240-24-14 with 70 knockouts and multiple national championships on his resume. Saenchai, meanwhile, is a six-time national champion at the famed Lumpinee Stadium in his native Thailand, the mecca of competitive kickboxing. The former World Muaythai Council champion's record includes over 300 victories as a professional.

In Saturday's Co-Main Event, Fani “Warrior Princess” Peloumpi defends her BKFC Thailand Strawweight Championship for the first time against Chisakan "Po Denman" Ariphipat. Both fighters are coming off impressive wins in their BKFC debut, and both boast impressive combat sports resumes outside of BKFC – Peloumpi is the proud owner of over 60 victories as a professional kickboxer and Ariphipat boasts a pro gloved boxing record of 17-1-1 (6 KOs).

Saturday’s event features a must-see showdown between Thai lightweight prospects Krisana Sirsang and Sarun Srioumboo, who are both trying to climb to 3-0, and a full slate of some of Asia’s most exciting BKFC prospects.

All the action, as always, streams LIVE worldwide on The BKFC App.
