Christine Vicens always fights to win, but fighters can’t always get their way in the BKFC Squared Circle.

After kicking off her BKFC career with three straight impressive victories, the Miami fighter tasted defeat for the first time in her most recent matchup in December, when she squared off with Christine Ferea, who is widely regarded as the best female fighter to ever grace the Squared Circle, for Ferea’s BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Title.

“Either you win or you learn, and I learned a lot from that fight. It taught me what I have to improve on, and we went back to the drawing board,” Vicens says.

“It can be hard coming back from a loss, but I’m just excited to be back and to showcase my improvements.”

Vicens is eagerly awaiting this weekend, when she makes her hotly anticipated return to the Squared Circle against Sarah Click at BKFC 78 on Saturday at the iconic Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL, LIVE worldwide on The BKFC App. 

Vicens doesn’t just want to win — she wants to dominate.

“I’m hoping to go in there and get my first knockout and really wow everybody with my comeback,” she says. 

“I want to be very technically sound, follow the game plan, and really impress everyone watching.”

Vicens is focused on the task at hand on Saturday, but she’s still chasing the BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Championship.

“At the end of the day, my goal is still to be a Champion.”
