BKFC ANNOUNCES ACTION PACKED UNDERCARD FOR THIS SATURDAY, MAY 10 IN SALT LAKE CITY AND LIVE ON DAZN
BEN MOA AND BUCKED UP’S DAN GARDNER IN FEATURE FIGHTS

Salt Lake City, UT (May 6, 2025) Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion, has announced a stacked undercard for their triumphant return to the Maverik Centerin Salt Lake City, UT this Saturday, May 10, broadcast globally on DAZN.
Featured in separate fights are Utah Combat Sports Legend and Former NFL Star Ben Moa and Bucked Up Executive Dan Gardner in his BKFC debut.
Headlining BKFC on DAZN: Salt Lake City, Mike ‘The Marine’ Richman, (7-2), will defend his BKFC Light Heavyweight World Title against #4 Ranked Challenger Josh ‘D Day’ Dyer, (4-1), in a must-see clash of bare-knuckle combatants.
Remaining tickets can be purchased online at BKFC.com and at the venue on the night of the event. The Maverik Center is located at 3200 S. Decker Lake Dr., West Valley City, UT 84119. Doors will open on the night of the event at 5:00 p.m. MT with the first bell at 6:00 p.m. MT.
The Open to the Public Ceremonial Weigh-In and Final Face-Offs will take place on Friday, May 9 at 6:00 p.m. MT at the Bucked Up Content House, 1020 West 600 South, #100, Lindon, UT, 84042 and will be streamed live on The BKFC App and BKFC YouTube page.
Fighting in the co-main event, hard-punching Salt Lake City native Ben Moa, (1-0), will enter the squared circle against Springfield, IL veteran Bobby ‘The Freak’ Brents, (2-3), in a clash of heavyweight titans.
“Preparing for this fight has been much different,” said Moa. “I know what to expect whereas for my first BKFC fight in December 2023 there was a great deal of unknown coming over from MMA. I’m more confident in my training and I know what tactics to use during the fight.”
“I’ve been training in Westhaven and northern Utah and it’s been a tremendous camp, I’m well prepared for Brents on Saturday night. He’s a monster and has fought a lot of tough guys, I’m expecting a great fight.”

Fighting in the heavyweight division, Bucked Up Executive Daniel Gardner will make his highly anticipated BKFC debut against also debuting Shane ‘Havoc’ Fichter of Billings, MT. Gardner founded Bucked Up in 2016 and while being a long-time title sponsor and supporter of BKFC, he has also been training diligently for this opportunity in front of his hometown fans.
Competing in the light heavyweight division at BKFC on DAZN: Salt Lake City, Mike Jones, (1-1), of Price, UT will face Miami, FL native Sean Hotusing, (0-2). Light heavyweights will see action with BKFC debuting local favorite Zack Partridge of Salt Lake City, UK battling Cody ‘Bearkiller’ Beierle, (0-2), of Missoula, MT.
Middleweight newcomers will clash at BKFC on DAZN: Salt Lake City with Jordan ‘Mata Ele’ Smith of Kaysville, UT entering the squared circle against newcomer Josenaldo Silva of Las Vegas, NV. Welterweight Dominico Salas, (1-0), of Salt Lake City, UT looks for his second BKFC victory against debuting Jeremiah ‘The Gentleman’ Truhlar. Fighting in the women’s strawweight division, BKFC debuting Shelby ‘Boom Boom’ Cannon of Anderson, IN battles Kat Paprocki, (1-0), of Westminster, CO.
Headlining the preliminary fights in the cruiserweight division, local favorite Zac Cavender, (1-0), clashes with veteran Erick ‘El Travieso’ Lozano, (2-3), of Zeeland, MI. Opening the show, lightweight Trever Bradshaw, (1-1), of Salt Lake City, UT battles Jim Pulgar (1-1), of Miami, FL.
