BKFC Job Title: Social Media Manager

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: Commensurate with experience, full-time/contract

Work Location: On-site in Broomall, PA 

Work Hours: M-F flexible daily hours, and a significant number of Friday or Saturday evenings throughout each year.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). The successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports BKFC’s business objectives and brand image
• Manage and grow BKFC’s social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with BKFC’s target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and questions on social media platforms
• Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Represent BKFC at events and interact with fans and followers on social media

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or combined work/education experience
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel (33% of the time)
• Knowledge of the bare-knuckle fighting and combat sports industry a plus
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Firebase, and relevant tools
• Proficient in using social media management tools & running paid advertisements (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, etc.)

BKFC Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: Commensurate with experience. This is a full-time/contract position.

Work Location: Remote - any US location or on-site in Broomall, PA 

Work Hours: M-F flexible daily hours, and a significant number of Friday or Saturday evenings throughout each year.

Job Summary: This mid-level position is responsible for the daily support of and communication with BKFC fans and subscribers through the customer service portal, Apple and Google stores, social media dashboards, and other communication interfaces as needed. This position will help fans and subscribers get the information they need from the BKFC team, will create and manage FAQ responses, collaborate with the event night customer service team, and manage systems that automate responses to make sure all information that is passed along to fans and customers is correct and up-to-date.   

This position will report to the CTO and Marketing Director. They will have daily responsibilities to check in with their supervisor and complete communications priorities for the day. On Fridays or Saturdays when BKFC live events are taking place, this position will also have responsibilities to execute during those 4-5 hour event windows. 

Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

  • Respond to general inquiries submitted via email and social media and share that information with other systems as appropriate.

  • Collect and manage correct answers in response to FAQs on BKFC digital platforms and publish on websites, apps, and television distribution platforms. 
  • Work with the customer service team on event nights to convey timely information. 
  • Work with the social media team on event nights to convey timely information. 
  • Keep general information pages on external partner distribution platforms up-to-date with accurate information. 
  • Further customer communication responsibilities as assigned. 
  • Candidate must be willing and able to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
