Taylor Bull began his fighting career in MMA in 2009. When looking at his record of 4-9 it jumps off the page as a less than ideal one but he has completely hit a turning point in bare-knuckle. Dropping the gloves in 2024, he has sprinted through competition outside of the BKFC with three opponents and three knockouts in an active year. His finishing ways have crossed over into the Squared Circle with a knockout over Chris Hamlett.

What makes a fighter who struggled in regional MMA break through with so much success in a sport with less room for error? It’s not an easy question to answer, but in Bull’s case it’s pure toughness and a willingness to get his hands dirty. Even in his MMA days, fights didn’t go the distance and his come-forward style is very fitting for BK.

Look for a high volume approach with massive power as displayed in his debut performance against Hamlett where he landed 16 of 23 and scored two knockdowns. Bull’s aggression stands out in a sport full of violent fighter and you can just about guarantee he won’t see a final bell in the Squared Circle.
