Mike ‘Hurricane’ Hernandez was set to make his BKFC debut against Keith Richardson but the bout fizzled out and he pushed his start date back two years. The former bantamweight champion is a hell of a debut fight for anyone, but Hernandez is a seasoned fight veteran with an 11-4 record and a wealth of experience.
Having won the Michigan based Triple X Fighting title in 2016 and retiring with it in 2017 after a single defense, Hernandez brings some confidence into the Squared Circle for his bare-knuckle debut. He looks to take on Antonio Castillo Jr. who has more fights to his name across different sports. The two square up on November 1, 2025.
