Lavar Johnson is an American mixed martial artist with extensive experience dating back to 2004. He’s fought in the UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce, the WEC and a few other less prominent promotions. Having accomplished so much in MMA and having a total record of 18-20, he’s started to dip his toes into the bare-knuckle waters. Johnson has earned himself a bare-knuckle title in another promotion and looks to face the cream of the BK crop!
In Johnson’s MMA days, he won a wide majority of his fights by KO/TKO and a majority of his losses came by submission. Without having to worry about an opponent having a strong ground game, a new, even more dangerous fighter has been unlocked in Lavar Johnson. The California native is a brawler in the best kind of way! Looking at him, you can tell he hits hard but what’s surprising is his chin. He’s taken big shots without the gloves and not even look wobbled. No doubt, the heavyweight division will be on notice when Johnson makes his debut at BKFC Fight Night LA!
