Jack Culshaw surrounds himself with fellow UK BKFC tallent like Paul Venis and Pic Jardine. He cut his teeth in MMA at the amateur level and ran up a 3-3-1 record from 2015-2020. His nickname ‘The Yorkshire Stallion’ pays homage to his gym, Yorkshire Gladiators which is a boxing and bare-knuckle specific gym.
Culshaw has a reputation as a finisher with none of his MMA bouts, excluding his draw, have gone the distance. His skills have earned him an amateur MMA belt in the promotion, Generations of Combat FC and an amateur boxing belt in a lower level promotion.
The technicality and focus on bare-knuckle is going to make Culshaw an interesting contender, and making his debut at a Prospect Series event in his home country is going to give him the opportunity to start off on the right foot. He faced Bart Kanabey in his debut.
