Ernie Juarez crosses over to the BKFC from professional MMA. He began his amateur career on the California regional scene in 2017 and earned a 3-1 record over two years. He jumped up to the pros three years after his first loss and went on a solid run earning a title in A1 Combat and defending it twice. Juarez’s impressive showing in what is considered a UFC feeder organization landed him a spot on Dana White’s Contender Series. He lost there to Jose Delgado who is a solid UFC fighter to this day only suffering one loss in the promotion.
Juarez has demonstrated a well-rounded game in MMA but most recently has been relying on his striking skills to get wins in the octagon. That experience is likely going to allow him to fight at a high level right away if he get the W in his BKFC debut at BKFC 89.
