BRENNAN WARD

Fighting out of New London, Connecticut ‘Irish’ Brennan Ward has a professional mixed martial arts career dating back to 2008. He has fought in the UFC, CES and spent most of his time in Bellator where he was the season nine middleweight tournament winner. On his MMA journey, Ward faced the likes of Paul Daley, Don Madge, Sabah Homasi and much more. He entered the BKFC with a professional MMA record of 19-7-0.

Combat was bred into Brennan Ward from a young age. His father, Kent Ward owns Whaling City Boxing Gym in his hometown where he began training at a young age. Although it may not seem like wrestling gives one an edge in the squared circle, Ward is a division III wrestler having won the New England title in the 184lb weight class, being a national runner up and being recognized with All American honors.

Outside of the squared circle, Ward is a husband and father of two girls. He has a blue collar job and that work ethic shows in his fights. He doesn’t mind a drawn out war but he has not had the opportunity to really showcase his skills in the BKFC. He debuted against the scrappy James Dennis but knocked him out early in round one.

The skills and resume speak for themselves and he looks to challenge for a title in the near future in the stacked middleweight division currently led by the pound for pound king of BKFC, David Mundell.
