There’s no way to tell the story of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship without the inclusion of Christine "Misfit" Ferea, the organization’s most dominant female fighter of all time.

Ferea has been a fixture of bare knuckle fighting since her debut at BKFC 3 in 2018. In the five years since her first trip to the Squared Circle, Ferea has compiled an exceptional resume.

After her stoppage victory over Bec Rawlings earlier this year, Ferea improved to 7-1 under the BKFC banner. Ferea is the owner of the longest winning streak in BKFC history among female fighters (five), and no female fighter has more stoppage victories than Ferea’s six.

Despite her success, Ferea is hungrier than ever heading into her highly anticipated rematch with Rawlings at BKFC 56 on Dec. 2 in Salt Lake City, UT, LIVE on The BKFC App. Ferea is defending her BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Championship for the record third time.

Ferea never stops training and is extremely analytical in her approach to fighting. She’s a lot more focused on the future than basking in past accomplishments.

“I’m hyper focused on my weaknesses, and improving in those areas,” she says. “I don’t want to focus on my wins and where I’m already strongest; I want to focus on things that motivate me to get better and motivate me to want to get better.

“If I think I’m already the best and I don’t think that I have to prove it anymore, then I could get complacent in the position I’m in, and that’s when someone else is going to come beat me.”

For as humble as Ferea is, she can’t hide her supreme confidence in her fighting ability, and she expects another masterful performance against her rival Rawlings in Salt Lake City.

“I’m knocking her out,” she says when asked for the most likely outcome for her BKFC World Championship showdown with Rawlings. “TKO at worst, but I’ve really wanted to be the one to knock her out completely. I want to be the first female fighter in BKFC history to sleep her opponent. That hasn’t happened yet, but it will.”
