JESSIE STALDER

Jessie Stalder entered the combat sports world recently in 2022 and has had some ups and downs. With a few canceled bouts to his name, he’s looking to really get the momentum rolling in his favor with some solid performances. All of his fights in MMA and BK have ended in a finish, usually early. 

Stalder trains whenever he has free time but emphasizes balance on his social media. He looks to motivate his followers and stay in great shape even out of camp. You can see a lot of MMA training and traditional workouts coming from his Instagram and he talks about high reps, stacking as many machines as possible and working a heavy bag. 

Stalder is a father and looks to motivate his kids to be the best that they can be at everything. He constantly says that he only has his family and friends to thank for any and all of his accomplishments because he feels their support every day.
