Dimitri ‘The Modern Gladiator’ Angelini is an Italian-American kickboxer and has recently picked up bare-knuckle. He has an impressive kickboxing record of 42-5-6 and looks to get his first win under the BKFC banner at *BKFC 64 in Coventry, UK.
Angelini spends part of his time in Virginia Beach, U.S. and part in Verona, Italy.
Expect a flurry of strikes and a short fight one way or the other when ‘The Modern Gladiator’ toes the line. Neither of his fights under the BKFC banner have escaped round one and as his nickname implies, he is willing to go out on his shield. Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
