Keith ‘The Rockstar’ Richardson is an American mixed martial artist, BKFC bantamweight champion and combat veteran. He became champ by defeating the long-reigning Reggie Barnett Jr. by TKO in round two. Besides Barnett, he’s defeated Cody Jenkins, Derek Perez and more and he’s really found his power later in his career.

In Richardson’s MMA days, he was known more as a submission artist and really has won a small minority of his fights via T/KO. He’s stepped into the octagon with a high level of competition including Nate Landwehr, Tony Gravely, Da’mon Blackshear, Patchy Mix and much more. He’s fought in promotions like Bellator, LFA and King of the Cage.

In the Squared Circle, Barnett has what could be called a calculated brawling style. He’s even said himself that he’s aggressive, but it’s a calculated aggression. He’s not looking to brawl, he’s looking to beat up his opponent. With incredibly fast hands and technical footwork along with a tough chin to crack, ‘The Rockstar’ has all of the pieces to go down as one of the BKFC greats.

Born in Long Island, New York, Richardson now fights out of Rock Hill South Carolina along with some other high level BKFC scrappers. He served his country in the Marines and calls himself his Father’s son. Keith Richardson is a man’s man but credits his mother with helping him develop his character and making him a better person. It’s hard not to root for this guy in or outside of the Squared Circle.
