James ‘Lionheart’ Dixon is an English mixed martial artist and BJJ black belt. He is the head coach of Lion’s Gym in Coventry. Upon Dixon’s BKFC debut, he held a professional record of 4-2 and before turning pro, he ran up an amateur record of 6-0.
In MMA, James Dixon is a known finisher. None of his professional fights have gone the distance and a majority of those, he has ended by T/KO. The BJJ is just something he has in his pocket to keep himself safe should the fight hit the mat - that won’t be happening in the BKFC. Expect a knockout and likely an early one when the striker toes the line.
Dixon debuted against a fellow BKFC newcomer in Tommy Galbraith at BKFC 64 Tierney vs Graham.
