Chase Gormley is an American mixed martial artist who decided to drop the gloves for the first time as a pro in his hometown of LA in 2024. After a long career in MMA where he fought in promotions like the UFC and Bellator, we get to see how he fairs in a new combat sport. From 2007 to 2018, Gormley earned a 14-9 record but has been on hiatus since his last loss.
Gormley has already lived a couple of lives outside of combat. He was a plumber for a short time and is now a correctional officer for the state of California. He is one of several fighters throughout history that thought he was done but still has that massive itch to compete! He doesn’t need to do this for money, he simply does it for the love of the game.
