After a brief stint in amateur MMA from 2012-2015, James Walker stepped away from the fight game for a decade. He returned as a pro at BKFC Fight Night Newcastle in 2025 against the very dangerous Jan Sulecki. He’s seemed to have locked in as he has matured with a dominant decision win.
Walker doesn’t use an irresponsible amount of pressure and his volume is calculated. He does however, make his shots count as he was outstruck in his debut even in a win.
